ELM Consulting provides aircraft maintenance and maintenance management services for small to mid-size aircraft. With our team of experts, we cover the whole process chain needed to accomplish aircraft maintenance and to keep the aircraft airworthy. We are working in compliance with the international recognized EASA regulations, which are also adopted by the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA).
Our Roots
The company was founded in 2014 in Abu Dhabi to provide technical expertise to local Airlines, operating Gulfstream G300, Bombardier Global Express, Boeing B737-BBJ and Airbus A320-ACJ. Our experts are working in support of the engineering, planning and maintenance departments, to enhance their skills and procedures. Our goal is to match best practice in aircraft maintenance management and to accomplish the duties more efficiently.
Company set-up
In the recent (difficult) times for the aviation industry we increased our team to be able to cover all aspects of aircraft maintenance, especially in the area of safety and quality.
In order to be a competitive and reliable partner for airlines we focus on having the best people for this industry – while minimalizing overhead:
